There are two types of information we collect:
Immediately at the beginning of your interaction with our Service, we collect and store basic account data like unique username, name, password (stored hashed, not in plain text), profile picture, email address (encrypted) and/or your IDs of other social network accounts.
While using service we collect all information visible to others like photos, videos, descriptions, comments, secret comments, followings etc. including your jels and jel offs.
If necessary we can request and store personal informations like your documentations (driving licence, passport, ID card…) to successfully verify your account (for example, to give your account a Verified Badge).

Your password (hashed) is not shared with anyone. Other users cannot see your email address nor third party social account used to connect with. All your Jels and Jel offs are represented as J’s to all other users. Only you can see what action (Jel or Jel off) you have been used for other posts.
We are working hard to keep your above information safe, but there is always risk and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures.
Secret comments are not publicly visible. Secret comments are only visible to the sender and recipient of certain secret comment. User is able to clear secret conversation with one or more users on a certain post. When that action is performed user must be aware of following:

If the ownership or control of all or part of our Service changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
You can update your account at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings. You can also download information associated with your account through your profile settings. You can delete any of your posts, comments and secret comments, however that data may still persist and appear within the Service.
You can delete your account any time. When you delete your account, we delete things that you have posted, such as your photos, comments etc. All your personal data is anonymized so that you can not be identified with in the network at all. Bear in mind that information that others have shared about you is not part of your account and will not be deleted when you delete your account.
The Service also contains third-party integrations for analytics and crash reports. Trough these third parties, you may be providing informations (including personal informations) directly to the third party, us or both. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for how those third parties collect or use your information. Our Service are not intended for anyone under 16. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the Croatia where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction and is consistent with internationally recognised standards.
